Prior to the Auditorim here stood Fagan's Livery also known as Sutter Creek Livery and Feed. It was dismantled in the early 1900's to make way for the current Sutter Creek Auditorium.
This building operated by the Vic and Palmera Galino was a boarding house and bar in the early 1900's. Ernie Malatesta who had the Malatesta building was the son-in-law to the Galino Family.
The Lorenzo Cuneo Plumbing Shop was housed here in the 1900's
