The Donnelly and Howard Foundry was on the same site as the Oneto's Garage is today. Badger Street then called Foundry Street. By 1895, the core buildings along Main Street were replaced. In the 1930's, the Sutter Creek Garage had replaced the local electric company with a new garage.
In this photo you can see Daniel Donnelly, far left with his foundry workers. Daniel Donnelly died in 1890.

The Oneto brothers Garage opened in the 1920's. Previous to this, it had been the Electric Light and Power Company. The original founders intended to build a electric railway line which never produced.
Shortly after 1910 the Pacific Gas and Electric Company purchased the building. so as the years went by you can see there were a few different business here. Now the Oneto's Garage what you today.
