Jimmy Chow (1885-1965)
Born Chow Foung You. Adopted son of Chew Kee, Chinese herbalist, owner of California State Historical rammed earth bldg. Jimmy's care and preservation of the store saved one of the premier vestiges of the once thriving Chinese Mother Lode Community.
