Frank Hoffman

Frank Hoffman arrived in Jackson in 1852 and opened a livery stable. Hoffman also farmed a large tract of land west of town and was a member of the Jackson Brass Band.

Today, if one travels up Hoffman Street from Highway 49, he or she will pass through a residential area that once was the ranch of Frank Hoffman.
