Sometime between 1910 and 1012, the Ferreros bought the ranch on Shenandoah Road. Edith Ferrero Silva was born on September 19, 1912. In 1917, October 18, John Alessio was born.

|
Six acres of Zinfandels were planted over the next eight years: two acres in 1920, two in 1023, and two in 1925. All the vines are close around the house and all are still producing.
